Please read the following policies before checking in. These rules were implemented with everyone's best interests in mind. We hope to accommodate everyone in the fairest way possible.

You must present a valid government issued photo ID.

All guests must be at least twenty-one years of age during the following hours:

• SUNDAYS-THURSDAYS: 12:00 AM-CLOSING

• FRIDAYS, SATURDAYS, HOLIDAY EVES: 8:00 PM-CLOSING

If there's anyone under twenty-one years of age in your party, alcoholic beverages can only be purchased and consumed at the bar. Alcohol will not be allowed inside the private rooms.

Last call for alcohol is at 3:30 AM. Additionally, alcohol will not be permitted inside the private rooms beyond 4:00 AM.

The following are not allowed in our establishment:

• Outside beverages of any kind (alcoholic and non-alcoholic)

• Inappropriate or hazardous items

All bags are subject to search.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in any area of our establishment (this includes electronic cigarettes as well).

False alarms triggered by smoking results in a maximum fine of $5,000 from the FDNY.

Karaoke Duet is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

You will be liable for any repair/replacement costs for any damages incurred in the room due to misconduct.

Karaoke Duet reserves the right to refuse the patronage of anyone who doesn't adhere to any of our policies.
